Hello CGC,

   Many people have requested, or mentioned, how beneficial having direct and detailed information on their accounts available through your website.  A method which would probably free up a lot of your account department's time.  With this in mind, I have deactivated the auto-renewal on my account and will use CGC on a case by case basis only.  At least until such time as direct and free access can be granted to all details to a person's account.  Thank you for your time.
