That first page isn't Ditko, though it's modeled after his conception of inter-dimensional worlds. Marie Severin and/or Dan Adkins?

Just looked it up, I was close. Tom Palmer and Dan Adkins.

My old AAF8 copy...the all red cover just screams!   And very nicely complimented with the yellow title...  And a nice S DITKO credit on the cover to boot...
