Re-Grading? 2 2

I recently bought a graded book that was graded by a different company. I want to have the book pressed and graded. Do I crack the slab and remove it myself, or do I send it in slabbed?

I would consider cracking them, to avoid SCS during shipping to CGC.

Personal preference, I sent a few awhile back from other grading companies and let CGC open them. Didn't want to chance me messing anything up. I believe it's a $5 charge but recommend checking that out.

In summary, do what you want, cgc isn’t going to turn down your money.

if they’ve got your comic, your submission form, and your money, they dont care so much your book is slabbed or unslabbed

How would you know if there was a bias based on CGC seeing another companies grade?

Doesn't it give a preconceived notion to the grader that this book is X grade or lower based on the company they see graded it?

Just playing devil's advocate on sending it in with the grade & slab.
