The best recent one would be the special delivery Charizard from Pokémon Center. It came in a plastic sleeve sealed thing. This card if sent in like this would be removed from its plastic holder and encapsulated without it. You can remove it yourself if you would like that way the card is protected in a regular penny sleeve instead of this. Let us know if you have any other questions.
