When you pick one of the old ones up it is flexible and squeaks, the new ones don't, they are just bigger versions of the new comic holders.

For anyone else here trying to figure out what’s going on with their oversized comic submissions, I had one of my three submissions ship today.

MODERN

Received @ CCS 10/13/21

G/E/I on 11/14/22

Shipped on 3/29/23

A year and a half! Wow......makes me wonder if any have died while waiting for their goods to be returned! What a business!

UPDATE : 

my 10 modern magazine order that was received 2/18/22 was stuck in grading/encapsulation/imaging for the last 3 months. Today it finally moved to “grading/quality control” not quite sure how much longer till they ship it out to me. Any ideas ? Also will i be able to see the grade each magazine was given on my submission page once graded  Or do I have to wait till I have them in hand ? First time with a comic submission thanks guys !

I would imagine they will be shipped in the next week or so and you will have to wait until they are shipped before you can see the grades, or you could wait and be surprised like I do.

My oldest submission is finally home after an 18 month vacation. These new magazine cases are leaps and bounds better than the previous ones. They don’t flex at all, the improvements to the label area keep it from tipping back, and the top label is finally inside and not just a sticker! No QC issues I can see, now I can’t wait for the 4 books I still have at CGC.
