Why did my status' from the last year just disappear today?

I was checking on my last order and all my status' disappeared from the website today.

My account ended this month, and my account credit card disappeared.

My last order I am waiting on is .....  and for some reason it is no longer searchable.

Any clarification on what happened would help,

I am sorry for the confusion this caused. Our system was down for a few hours yesterday. I am sorry for the inconvenience. It is now back up and working. Let us know if you have any other questions.
