hello! is this eligble for some kind of error when graded? "shift error" ? 
the fault can be spotted all over the card.

Hello again! I confirmed that this would qualify as an Error under our guidelines. Please be sure to mark ERROR when submitting the card for grading. It does cost an extra $5 but it will indicate the error on the label.

I have put in in a letter using recommended instructions. Sending it this week.

What can i expect it to be valued at ? No idea where to put it in your max value ladder.

CGC does not give values on any trading cards. The bedt thing to do is check the sold listings on eBay. But I would say it would be safe to send it in with a bulk submission or economy if you don't have the 25 card minimum for a bulk submission. Nice find btw!

i found a dragonite with the same error for 1000dollars but im not sure its good to compare it to a newer holo.
