wouldn't feel comfortable grading it any higher than 4.0 with that tape pull

I have a tape pull comic graded at a 7.0, but it's on the back. I can't tell if that's a tear on the back cover or something stranger. It think 4.0 is about right. I guess that I could see a gift 4.5 but it's a stretch. Things in the 3s are starting to really lose visual appeal and minus the tape pull, it doesn't look bad. Front cover pressed minus the tape pull might be a 5.5 or even 6.0.
