My understanding from reading the information on the CGC website states that this level membership receives a $150 credit that can be used for submissions. The website clearly states that this discount will automatically be applied to a cart when making a submission. I am trying to make a submission of modern comics for grading, but my credit is not being applied in the cart or anywhere along the path to payment. Please advise as this is really frustrating. The membership credit is valid for 1-year from the date of purchase and will automatically apply to any regular CGC fees. You will receive your invoice number(s) when your order has been processed at the CGC office. No charges will be processed until your order is received in our facility. dzoller Posted March 17, 2023 Author Share Posted March 17, 2023 Thank you for that response. However, this has not been my experience. I paid for my Premium Membership on February 9, 2023. I sent in my first submission and was charged the full amount on February 10, 2023, according to my credit card statement. Why was the credit not applied on this submission?
