Is it worth the time to call customer service on a Walk Through item?

Hi all,

Newbie with a Walk Through question.  I paid to have a magazine graded with Walk Through and it was checked in right away with a date of 2/27/23, same day it arrived via Fed Ex.  It says the current turn around time is 3 days for "WT" magazines.  The book is currently in the status of "Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging"

When I submitted in the past I haven't done a Walk Through and due to that fact I waited to have the book graded when they were ready to be graded, no questions asked.  However, paying for the Walk Through service, can I contact customer service and "bump" this book to the top of the line, which is what I assumed when I paid the extra amount to have it labeled as Walk Through.

Today marks 15 working days.  Again if it was a Modern Submission and I didn't pay the extra amount I would wait until the grading eventually occurred.  In this example do I have a puncher's chance of getting this "bumped" or do I just accept the situation.

Thank you in advance

It wouldn’t hurt to ask, but I think they were backed up with magazines while waiting on the new slabs. But then again, they supposedly got them in recently so maybe they’re trying to catch up? If you can’t get hold of them via phone, can also try asking in the Ask CGC forum, where they typically reply within a business day (sometimes even quicker).
