OK, don't mean to question the pros's, but can you give detail on why 8.5?

Minor edge and corner wear, corner blunting, minor spine stress with color break, minor creasing back cover.

tick under "R" in MCG box

spine stress below lwr staple in brown

slight staple tears

staples tarnished

rubbing along right cover edge into lower rt corner

Keep in mind, unless someone says otherwise, these are usually estimations for the book as-is. This looks like a pretty good C&P candidate to me. I'll say 9.0/9.2 post C&P (but I also tend to be a tick or two higher than the seasoned vets on here so I'd err towards their 2 cents over mine).
