Express submission over 3 weeks old and still not graded

Hello,

I submitted a card for grading through an authorized CGC dealer in the UK under the highest service level (express). It has now been over 3 weeks since he has submitted the card for grading but it has still not been graded according to him. The order number is CGC7222053315 and the card is a Rayquaza Gold Star (Japanese - Clash of Blue Sky). Could you please help me understand why it is taking so long - I'm particularly concerned because it is a very high value card.
