Regrading and Crossover Grading 0

Hi CGC, I am interested in sending cards in for both CGC regrades and PSA crossovers. In either case, is the original grade known or considered at all by the graders? And does grading occur before/after a potential removal from the original slab? Thank you!

Thank you for contacting us. When a card is submitted in a holder (CGC, PSA or Beckett), the cards will be removed from their slabs before they are graded. The cards will then be graded in the same manner as a card that is submitted raw. The original grade is not part of the grading process.

Will you accept submissions that were previously graded by another company that is not CGS, PSA or Becket?

Hello @Pinta77! Yes, we will grade cards from other companies other than CGS, PSA or Becket. We ask that you crack any cards graded by these companies prior to submitting, as they will be graded as "raw"/"fresh".
