I have a 9.9 Wonder Woman 750 and I noticed these black Marks or whatever inside the slab 

 

Does that mean it isn't a 9.9 anymore? Or should have it re-slabbed?

You need to call customer service and confirm it will be a reholder. There have been threads here in the past they say 9.9's and 10's are not automatically given the same grade with reholders. 

What you picture is only in the label area. Which is completely separate from the book.  So the book is a 9.9. Just the label is.....a bit unattractive.

I've returned books that were cracked on top from the old cases and got the same grade back. I have a 9.9 Thor #342. It's in a old case and I want to recase it so bad but don't want to chance that 9.9 going down in grade
