Color rub on back from top to bottom. CGC has low tolerance for that.  9.2/9.4

That's quite a bit of color rub along the spine. All the corners look a little worn, so I can't see this getting over a 9.0. Could be a grade lower if they're unforgiving with the black rub, but they seem to be a little more lenient with black covers
