All of the issues of Batman/spawn 1 1 :000 cover R were suppose to be signed at a CGC signing event before issue.

I have come across an UNSIGNED copy. Does anyone have any info on this?

Do you have the posting where it says every single book was signed before release?

even then, some amount of books might be given out to people who worked on the book or employees, but they weren’t initially distributed for sale
