PGM Fantastic Four 48 2 2

This copy of Fantastic Four 48 has a large cut in the back cover, otherwise I would assume it to be around 4.0-5.0. So, I'm not sure how heavily this would impact the grade? Any advice would be appreciated! I was also considering restoration help for this cut section, but do not have experience with the process..

Just keep it in a Mylar with a backboard and you'll forget that chunk is even missing . . .

How much of the cover is folded under? I see one chunk that looks folded out.

Big stain bottom of bk cover too. Overall 2.0 best.
