Question regarding an email I received from CCS accounting

Hello,

I received an email yesterday from the CCS accounting department for my submission # 4236077. The email says you attempted to charge my card, but it was declined. I checked everything on my end with my card and there doesn't seem to be a problem with it. I also have a second submission with you all #4236624. I am hoping to speak with someone so I can get this all cleared up and not delay the process. Is this something that you can help me with or is there a phone number I can call to ensure everything is correct?

This payment has been processed through CCS. There is nothing else needed on your side of things. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused. Let us know if you have any other questions.
