C2E2 Submissions, What's The Hold up? 0

I submitted 6 books at C2E2 and they have still not been uploaded into their(CGC) system showing they have received at their facility. It shouldn't take 3 weeks, regardless of what other comic cons were going on around that time. Not to mention I paid for fast track for a reason. You are probably better off just mailing them into their facility via priority or overnight mail. They just raised prices again, but it seems the service that they're providing, doesn't warrant the increase.

Thank you for contacting us. When you submit at a local show, it will take some time to reflect within our online submission tracking. First, submissions must be transported to our Sarasota, FL, facilities. Once the submissions arrive, all submissions received move into an intake process where the items are inventoried and compared against the submission form as validation before moving forward into the grading process. Should any discrepancy be encountered with a submission our customer service team will reach out for clarification accordingly.
