New to sending items to get graded 1 1

Hello, first time posting and i had a question and concerns

i got my first 2 comics witnessed and left at CGC booth on the C2E2 convention and also some WWE/auto cards to CSG

It’s been almost 3 weeks and no update if they had been delivered to their place.

is it normal to take this long? Or they don’t update you?
 

Also i read that you are supposed to pack the cards on the order they were or there was going to be delays, but I didn’t do the packaging. Will it still affect the grading process for the cards?

and if the items were to get lost will they take care of it?

Thank you for contacting us. When you submit at a local show, it will take some time to reflect within our online submission tracking. First, submissions must be transported to our Sarasota, FL, facilities. Once the submissions arrive, all submissions received move into an intake process where the items are inventoried and compared against the submission form as validation before moving forward into the grading process. Should any discrepancy be encountered with a submission our customer service team will reach out for clarification accordingly. Once your order has been verified it will show up on your submission tracking page. Thank you for your patience.
