AA19 - is this mold?

See pics. Im not sure if its mold or something else? I have this in a box with some other key slabs. If it is mold, could it spread to the other books? Please advise? Can it be cleaned/removed while keeping a blue label? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

The correct term for this is foxing.  Cheap paper (pulp) often contains metal contaminants.  If that paper is stored in a humid environment, the atmospheric moisture can cause the metal to oxidize and rust (which results in small brown and/or yellow spots and/or blotches).  Foxing is not the same as mold (although both are stains that cannot be removed by non-restorative dry cleaning).
