Lots to unpack here - some obvious from photos, some not so much. Tears - quarter inch tear down front cover spine at top left; tiny tear above "the world's" in top front cover; multiple tick marks and creases; looks like what appears to be a dust shadow or dirt (?)... 

And of course, a gnarly water stain that runs in the top right through the book, both front and back - particularly visible on the back 

Otherwise intact, no missing pages.

A tough one to grade IMO. Forced to guess, I'd say 4.0

3.5/4.0. I have a feeling the cumulative discoloration defects are going to get dinged pretty hard, so leaning low

Since it has no missing pieces, it’s solid copy especially the spine split. It’s nice common grade at 4.0. It won’t be below 4.0 for sure.
