Are orders just being done randomly? 1 1

I've got some recent orders that I got back in less than 5 months, but some that have been sitting there for about a year.  Are submissions not generally graded in order received?

Hello, thanks for reaching out. Generally, we do try to pull submission on a first in, first out basis; however, there are times that mistakes happen, and some submissions are pulled out of order.
