Wasn't sure how to grade this one. Book is a stunner if it wasn't for the tear. If anyone is following the "selling superman" collection, this book came from that collection (nothing was bagged/boarded, hence a lot have this tear).

3897. Swamp Thing #1 (VF+) $250 :news: Sold :news:

Top staple is not popped, but there is a tear. Still very secure. 
Personal copy that I upgraded, so think I still have a CGC label for this one as an 8.5 or 9.0, can't recall. Not sad at all if this one doesn't sell.
