Nice copy, from what I remember staples are tight, despite the bend. Also, note that is a crease top left, not a tear. I am pretty sure this one comes with a 7.5 CGC label (don't agree it's VF- though)

Wasn't sure how to grade this one. Book is a stunner if it wasn't for the tear. If anyone is following the "selling superman" collection, this book came from that collection (nothing was bagged/boarded, hence a lot have this tear).
