Range Romances #3 Sept 1950

Classic, sexy photo cover. "Throbbing Love Sagas"  :roflmao:Nice GGA inside.

A real nice, flat, tight copy. Covers have a little light staining (worst on back). Small 1/2" lower right edge tear toward bottom. Also, a small spot of bug damage in bottom left as well as a crease. Book has a smooth spine with no overwrap or roll. Book and centerfold bound snug to covers. No other major tears or creases. Slightly yellowed but supple interior pages.

$100.

Wilbur #8 Spring 1945

Classic "Suggestive" cover... Maybe the best in the run.

Lots of nice "cheesecake" interior art with lingerie ect.

A pretty worn but complete copy with full cover image. Spine has much wear and torn. Top staple is popped but bottom is still holding the cover on. Lots of little wrinkles and creases. A few small edge tears. Supple interior paper. One page has a tear from bottom up through a panel. Slight "musty smell". A decent filler/reader until you can pay up for a nice one like I did.

Was $50.

Now $45.

Shadow V8#4 July 1948

Classic Powell cover! The best of the run in my opinion.

A real tragedy here. 3 interior pages are torn out...:sorry:Spine is rolled and has some tears. Top staple is torn loose but still attached to book at bottom. Numerous small edge tears, wrinkles and creases. Luckily, no real color breaks on this black cover. Small stain on back cover at bottom. Interior pages are nice. Rich, dark colors. I have owned this a long time until I finally found a somewhat reasonably priced upgrade. Still worth it for this classic cover.

$50.

Army and Navy #1 May 1941 Street and Smith

Beautiful GGA cover. Nick Carter story. Also a very long Hitler story!

Staples are popped and cover is neatly detached from book. Split from bottom to bottom staple. 1-1/2" neat upper spine split. Small chip off bottom spine at back. Interior paper is lightly tanning but still very supple and able to handle and read with no problem. Looks very nice in a mylar! Hard to find early first issue GA books this cheap.

$85.

Intrigue #1 (one shot) Jan 1955

A real doozy for Quality Pubs. They seemed to want to go out of the horror genre with a bang here. Throwing slaves overboard, whipping, feeding folks to alligators, guy getting graphically "hooked", skeletons and more. Nice Jack Cole art. One of the best of the Quality horror out put.

Some spine wear. Lots of small wrinkles and creases. A small piece out of lower right edge. Slightly rusty staples. A couple of small stains. But, a tight, well bound copy with great color and nothing to really mar this cool cover. Off white interior pages.

$100.
