TCG Mechanical Error card (Grading/Quality Control Status) - disagreement about the "Insufficient ink" denomination 1 1

Hello,

I am writing you because I have questions about one of my card with the current status "Grading/Quality Control". The submission number is #4265313.

When I look at the name of the error you put for that card, it says "Insufficient Ink". The problem here is that I don't really understand this denomination. In fact, for me, it's much more an additional holo layer on the top part of the card + holo bleeding on the Pokemon than an "insufficient ink" issue. Hence, could you please verify if it's not an error and, if you consider it's not, explain how do you consider that as an insufficient ink issue ?
