One of the Blue Bolts I no longer own, but I always felt colors were so important on Cole covers,  so I tried to buy ones that popped, even if in low grade.

The Star LB Cole covers were overall printed very well. Colors were designed for maximum impact on the racks. Any with faded covers usually come from after the original sale. Unlike Fiction House which suffer from poor printing at the plant.
