Question about submission delivery 1 1

I submit books all the time and check my tracking to ensure delivery. It use to say delivery at P.O. Box and then picked up by individual. My most recent submission just stated just delivery at P.O. Box and nothing else. Is this something new?

Hello @Brian Hess,

It may be possible this missed getting scanned into our office when USPS delivers our PO Box Packages. You should still see all your orders reflecting as Picked Up. You can always check to see if this has been scanned in yet using our Submission Shipping Tracking feature HERE as well. In some cases, packages may not show delivered on the shipper's site but do get scanned in there. Let us know if you have any other questions. Rest assured as long as this was delivered when will be working on it shortly. Thank you for your patience.

It just shows as delivered but not being picked up. I just hope it was a scanning issue. I’ll be sweating until it shows up in my submissions.
