Original owner collection staying in the family and would like to get some second opinions on the grade. I put it at around a 4.5 myself with how beatup the spine is along with the small and long tear in the middle back, and tape pull/residue on the top. This one is particularly in poor shape compared to the others so I think he must have really just liked this issue and read it often.
