does this just mean it’s made it? Because it’s not showing up on cgc tracking yet as being delivered

Thank you for reaching out to us. When your package is delivered, your items go into our intake process. This process usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Once the intake process is complete, the submission will be available on the submission tracking page online. 

Until then, you can confirm the delivery has been scanned by our Receiving team with your shipment tracking number. Just enter the tracking number in the "Confirm Package Delivery" field found here: CGC Comics | My Submissions.

the post office shows it as delivered but it doesn’t show on cgc when I try to confirm.

Your package has been delivered and is securely stored in our facility. It will appear in the Submission Tracking tool once it has been opened.

I’m in this exact same scenario.  First submission, waiting at post office for a day and then picked up on Friday.  Thanks for sharing.

What I wonder is if there is any auto communication from CGC?  Like emails when package is opened, or grades are complete, or shipping notice?  Or do we need to keep checking.

You do receive auto emails once they process your submission and charge your card!
