X+men Annual #2. The spine has come off a bit and 1 of the corners has a small fold. What do y'all think?

On the "Is this worth grading?" question, in general I'd suggest that there are three considerations:

1. Is it a high value book?

2. Is it in excellent condition?

3. Do I have a personal desire to have it slabbed?

You don't need all three of these to be true of course, but the more you have of one the less you need of the others. 

For your example here, it's not a high value book and it's not in very good shape. Unless you really want it graded just for you, it doesn't make sense here.

You should go to ebay and type in the issue(s) in their search function you are thinking of having slabbed. That will save you some time. This one isn't worth slabbing.

The apparent moisture stain will hurt the grade. Could be 6.5 but most Moderns need to be 9.0 plus to be worth any kind of consideration for slabbing.
