CGC and Whatnot Hero House 1 1

I know CGC will be at SDCC, but will they be present at the Whatnot Hero House across the street for the dozen or so signings happening over there during SDCC?  If not, would a witness follow me outside and across the trolley tracks? Some of these signings are after the exhibit hall closes.
