Signature Series Submission Received? 1 1

Hi,

can you check that you received USPS tracking 4203423047389406130109355000030944?

It shows as picked up on 7/5 but it still doesn’t show as being scanned in yet. This was for a Signature Series signing so I didn’t want to miss the deadline. Your other responses said to give it 7-10 days and it’s been over that now.

for everybody else - incidentally the USPS seems to be acting wonky lately and will show that something hasn’t been picked up and will be returned after it has. Mine showed this until well after 7/5, and then it switched to the right message.

Carrier tracking may indicate that your submission has been received at our office, however it can still take a short amount of time to reflect within our online submission tracking. All packages received move into an intake process where the contents are inventoried and compared against the submission form as validation before moving forward into the grading process. Should there be any discrepancy encountered with an item itself, a missing or extra item, or any other concern for that matter, our customer service team will reach out for clarification accordingly.

Please note, the intake process can take upwards of 10-20 business days before the order will reflect within online submission tracking. Rest assured this has been delivered to our office and is waiting to be opened. We appreciate your patience!

Also, so you know, our PO Box is housed in our facility, not at the local office. This means when a package shows at our PO Box this means it is waiting for our warehouse team to scan the package into our system.
