Meaning the losing bidder is still out there.  If you're serious about selling it, I'd list it as a BIN/Make Offer at $650, and I'd do it today.

As someone who spent time in "dipping country", I am not in any way surprised this exists.

I do not miss the time I spent in conversation with those who were dipping and spitting; it's a disgusting habit.

One of my enduring memories from my time in the Army was cups and cups of spit everywhere. 

Although I guess it was preferable to all of the dippers getting their nicotine fix from smoking and breathing even more second hand smoke than I already was.
