I think this is a labeling error, the reprint should refer to the comic not the signature... to bad you cannot send it in to be fixed.

Maybe they used "reprint" in overkill during the process so that the correct label was printed? To avoid another AC1 reprint label fiasco. Is "REPRINT" actually printed next to the signing info on the label?

This does not appear to be an error.  They are consistently doing the same thing - putting REPRINT on the right where the Pedigree slot is, and putting REPRINT after the signature.

They do it on the GRR and now they are doing it on the Action figure reprint.

It is great for making sure everyone knows that is is not a first print 1961 version.
