Mechanical Error 2nd try?

Not a big comic collector but I have a few. First time dealing with CGC submission. I had a SS #1 that at some point after grading a small broken piece of plastic wedged between the comic and plastic. It was a eye sore and sent it in to have it reholdered. After $110 and 5 weeks later it shows up with small scuffs to what looks like the inside of the case, front and back. They are hard to photo. There's a "1.5 scratch to the front outer case, that was what I saw as soon as I unboxed it glaring right at me. I was like you got to be kidding. The tiny scuffs you have to hold it at a angle to see them but are numerous and both sides. Its like they used 2 half's that have been kicked around on a table with others. I then did some searching and it seems this is a very common problem lately and if I resend again you may get worse or another set of problems. I Don't feel all that good about letting them have it again with the quality control issues they are having. I've enclosed some pics and would like to get some opinions if this would be a issue when it comes time to sell in the future or is this minor?

Why did you have to pay $110+ for the first M.E.? Did you wait too long after receiving, or didn't know they might fix it for free?

It was graded some time before I purchased it.

Oh, yeah, that would do it.

I would keep it as is. A significant number of cases shipped have SOME imperfections, if you look hard enough. Apparently the least little thing contacting any of the plastic surfaces during the encapsulation and slabbing processes can leave telltale marks. Not even counting the ones with shards or debris that should always be caught. The next version might come back with Newton Rings. Maybe quit while you're ahead (of that).

It's still a major key in solid protection. I'd be proud to have it in my collection.

I appreciate your advice. I'm 50/50 on it with about 10 days left. I just don't have the confidence it will come back like it should. Makes me wonder why so many use them.
