Can Facilitators like Twincities remove a Yellow Label Book from Slab?

I’d like to get a book that is already signed and slabbed in a yellow label signed by Bradley Cooper. CGC no longer has this signing available for submission but Twincities still does. Would I be able to send in to them directly and keep the yellow label?

Hello, 

Some of our dealers are official CGC Facilitators who can handle, remove, and resubmit CGC Signature Series submissions. Please be sure to contact the specific dealer and be sure they are still accepting for CGC facilitation and check with them on if they would be able to accommodate removing your book from its holder and having it resigned. This will be up to the specific dealer if they would be able to help you with this. Let us know if you have any other questions.
