Grade Is In - PGM Archie's Madhouse 22 1 1

The grade that came back seems pretty harsh.  Looked at other books and the notes look a lot like those in the 4.0 range.  It was probably the stains that shot it down.

 

I'd love to know what you think about this book.

~1/8" spine split, area of color fade (near guard's head)

A great issue of a fun title.  Looks like a solid 4.0 to me.

Thank you all for looking at this book.  Even in this condition, it appears worth a bit.  I am preparing to send in this with some other books.  I'll post what grade it comes back with.
