Wolverine #88 with foxing on subscription insert

I have a Wolverine 88 standard (non deluxe) edition that is a 9.6-9.8, but the marvel subscription insert has basically turned totally brown. I suspect it's foxing. Would this hurt the grade? The pages are all white.

Here's more pictures. On the back side of the front insert, you can see a faint outline of the word boxes from the first page. On the last page you can see a faint outline of the insert and also what looks like writing from the last page transferred to the insert.

That's not foxing, it's just tanned.

Books are graded in their entirety, here are the grading standards for page color only. How much of a hit does a book with Tan pages take if everything is else is perfect?

NM/MT 9.8 -  Paper is white, supple and fresh.

NM+ 9.6 - .Paper is off-white, supple and fresh.

NM- 9.2/NM 9.4 - Paper is off-white to cream, supple and fresh.

VF/NM 9.0 - Paper is off-white to cream and supple.

VF 8.0 -  Paper is cream to tan and supple.

FN/VF 7.0 - Paper is cream to tan.

FN 6.0 - Paper is tan to brown and fairly supple with no signs of brittleness.
