What's the current "jumping on" price point for a complete copy of Batman 1 now, this copy in particular?

It's a very petty 2.5. The restoration is fairly minimal. 

Given its already at $25k+, I'll take a shot in the dark at $55k... there are certainly people here who would know better than I.

C restoration so hard to guess.  C can be pretty poor work but I’d guess $50kish?  There’s a 15% added charge also at the end for that one. So maybe the bidder doesn’t see it and it goes for more?

I think $50K has to be considered the minimum for any complete Bat 1, as the break-up value to sell it in pieces is above that now.

Yeah def $50k minimum.  Not a good looking copy to be honest with all those rust stains on the cover. But hey, it's a complete Bat 1 and should be fairly affordable.

For comparison, Mycomicshop has a 5.5 A-3 copy on consignment at $66K, but the book needs to be reholdered, the holder is beaten to sh*t. If I could get that book for a little more than the 2.5 C-1, that would be my choice. Thoughts?

That is a good looking 5.5 and well done restoration without rusty staples. Guess it depends how much you want to spend but a far superior book imho.
