Slightly loose slab top 0

Hi Team,

Received my slab back today. The top of it I would consider "loose",  e.g. it's not firmly closed or secure, I'm inclined to use the word "sticky" as it doesn't seem to remain closed at the top. Can you advise?

If you feel that the holder needs to be replaced, there is a 14-day window for you to complete a new submission form and select the Mechanical Error option. This will allow you to send the book back in for a complimentary Reholder service. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
