Bottom right corner and right edge have wear and the back cover is in rough shape. For a comic from 1968 it's not bad though! First page has discolouration. Despite Namor's mastery over all things water, I think the CGC is going to hammer you for the water damage, pieces missing, and what looks like black mold.
