Hi, I know I'm being antsy but my submission #4296895 was given the status of "Shipped" yesterday and a FEDEX label was created yesterday at 10:38 AM.  But FEDEX still shows that it has not been given to them.  Is this typical?

Hello Chris,

Yes, this is normal. Usually, submissions are picked up from our office the day after they receive the shipped status. This status directly reflects to the package receiving a tracking number and being placed in our FedEx Loading area. This has now been scanned into their system and is visible for you to track on its way back to you. Let us know if you have any other questions!
