Slab received but never received shipping notification 0

Hi Team,

Received a VHS slab back today (which I'm happy about), however: this order never appeared in my submissions, nor did I receive an email notification that it shipped. And, scanning the QR code on the back takes me to a 404 error page.

I have 2 more recent orders that I submitted that have yet to appear in my submissions, and obviously now I'm a bit concerned. What's going on here?

Hi @CrystalM CS - what I believe is my second VHS slab is en route to me via FedEx - I received a text from them this morning. However, once again, no email shipping notification, unfortunately, there's nothing to indicate either one of these were ever received on the CGC Home Video website so I really hope that's being worked on.
