Your book is also the "Cape Cod" copy, from an original owner collection unearthed a few years before CGC opened, otherwise, it may have been a recognized Pedigree. Someone should nail this book. GOD BLESS ...

I've owned Cape Cod's before ... they're very fresh and supple. Rich Semowich brought them to market in 1997. Most have the distinctive "ND"written on the cover.
