Will CGC Grade? 0

Hey, I'm wondering if CGC will grade ITCC (Indonesia Trading Card Collectors) sketch cards? ITCC Series II cards, for example. I'm attaching a pic of the back of one of these cards.

Hello @RoLaren, currently CGC Cards only is able to grade cards that have "pack-pulled" signatures. In other words, the signature needs to have been printed on the card directly by the manufacturer. If the card was signed after manufacturing, unfortunately, we would not be able to grade it at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
