VF/NM, or better.  The front shows a small production wrinkle near the base of Scorn’s left horn that doesn’t appear to break the ink.  There's a couple spots of very light soiling along the spine.

VF/NM, or better.  Clean and press this one for a higher grade, especially in regards to very light soiling on the back along the spine.

VF, or better.  There are a number of pressable defects, but the bend crease through the comic near the bottom spine corner does very lightly break ink on the back.  The back also has ink transfers near the top staple.

Adventures of Superman #558 (direct).  The cover is done as a child's drawing on lined notebook paper.  The story is in Silver Age style, and features an appearance by Krypto.

VF+, or better.  A clean/press will help, but the back shows a few spots of light ink rubs horizontally across from the bottom staple.

Adventures of Superman #559 (direct).  The cover is Silver Age style laid over the Modern cover for A0S #558.  The story is also in Silver Age style.

VF, or better.  I press will help a bit, but there are some ink rubs and/or transfers on both covers...mostly along the spine.

Adventures of Superman #560 (direct).  The cover is penciled on blue-lined paper laid over the covers to AoS #558 and #559.  The story is in Silver Age style, featuring appearances by Batman and Toyman.

Adventures of Superman #561 (direct).  This issue beings the $1.99 cover price, and it features appearances by Dominus and Waverider.

VF, or better.  A press will help a bit, but the back shows light ink rubs near the staples, along with a mild bend crease near the top staple that very lightly breaks ink.  This crease also caused very light ink breakage on the first couple pages from the back.

Adventures of Superman #1,000,000 (direct).  This issue features Superman and Resurrection Man in the 853rd Century.

VF+, or better.  A press will help here, but the back does show light ink rubs near the staples.

Adventures of Superman Annual #5 (direct).  This issue is part of the Bloodlines storyline, featuring Eradicator.

VF/NM, or better; off-white to white pages.  This one looks like it has NM- or better potential, but there are some light scuff spots along the spine of the back that mainly affect the gloss.  The bottom edge of the back (near page edge) shows some roughness that might be a production defect.

Adventures of Superman Annual #7 (direct).  This is a Year One Story, featuring Superman's 1st meeting with Ugly Mannheim, Intergang, and Kalibek.

VF/NM, or better.  I'd love to give this one a NM- or better estimate, but the front has a small bend at the bottom right corner that will press out.  The back shows a couple spots of very light ink rubs along the spine.

Adventures of Superman Annual #8 (direct).  This issue is a Legends of the Dead Earth story.

VF+, or better.  There are some ink-breaking spine ticks and some light very light ink rubs on the back near the staples.

Adventures of Superman Annual #9 (direct).  This issue is a Pulp Heroes story featuring Superman Blue.

VF+, or better.  A press will definitely help this one, especially in regards to the vertical stacking indentations on the front to the right of the spine.  They run the length of the page.

No jury duty for me this time around, so let's get back to it.  The rest of this first long box is full of odds and ends, mini-series events, a few ASM's, Alpha Flight random issues, Aquaman, etc.  My Army of Darkness comics start in this box as well, but I'll wait until I decide whether to start another box.  I have A LOT of AoD comics that are stored in the next box.

 

Adventures of The Mask #6.  This issue is originally from a 12-part limited series by Dark Horse.  I sold off the rest of the series long ago.

VF/NM, or better.  The entire top right corner of the comic has a very mild bend through it that will press out.  There's no ink breakage either.

The next five listings are for Ricardo Delgado's Age of Reptiles mini-series events.  The runs are incomplete because I've sold off a few issues.  Each comic has a wrap-around cover.

 

Age of Reptiles #1.  This issue is from a 4-part mini series.

VF, maybe better.  The front shows a few spots of very light ink rubs along the spine, while the back shows a light ink-breaking vertical scratch near the bottom spine corner.
