Hello, I sent a comic in June for a signature series which took place on 04/08 (roy thomas). you received the comic on 07/11/23 and it is still waiting to be graded, is this normal? this is my first time sending comics to cgc

This signing took place on August 24, 2023. This is when your 6-week estimated turnaround time began. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused. As a reminder, our cut-off dates do not match the dates the signings will actually take place. These are scheduled a few weeks to a few months in advance to allow our team time to prepare the books for the event. Lastly, there is no set turnaround time a submission will stay at one status or another. It is the full turnaround time we look at. Rest assured this is now in line and has begun its 6 week turnaround time in house. Thanks again for your patience!
