If you have a card that you feel has an error on the label, it can be returned through our Mechanical Error service to have its label and card information corrected free of charge. Please utilize our self-serve Mechanical Error feature on the Online Submission form using the link HERE to return your item for correction. Simply select Mechanical Error as your service and follow the directions to retrieve a free shipping label to have this returned to us. PLEASE NOTE: This service is only available within 14 days of your receipt of the collectible, so you would need to submit the Mechanical Error claim on the Online Submission Form within that timeframe.
